Featuring a halter neck tie as well as a bow waist tie in contrasting colors, this dress is sleeveless with a sweetheart neckline, and features a pleated flared skirt that hits just above the knee with average heights. Looks even more amazing with a petticoat underneath! It's made from a super soft and stretchy Polyester/Spandex blended fabric, which dries quick and is very comfortable even on hot days.
