Commercial License for The Folklore Boutique's Digital Files

Note: Digital files must be purchased seperately. This is a single commercial license only.

By purchasing this license, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use 1 digital file from The Folklore Boutique for commercial use.

This license gives you permission to create items for sale containing digital files created by The Folklore Boutique.

➤➤➤COVERED

* Each license is valid for 1 digital file - each file needs a separate license.

* Each license is valid for up to 1,000 units created; please purchase multiple copies of the license for additional quantity.

* Commercial license is for physical end products only (fabric, clothing, accessories, wrapping paper, wallpaper, etc).

* You are allowed to use the digital file with Print-On-Demand companies so long as they are solely a production partner only and you still conduct the actual sales to your own customers. For example, you sell items created by Printify or Printful in your own Etsy shop.

* No credit required - you don’t need to mention The Folklore Boutique or Rainbow Rules anywhere.

License does not expire.

➤➤➤NOT PERMITTED

* Reselling, sharing, or giving away any licensed items.

* Sending as-is designs to any other person/party so they can make physical goods.

* You cannot sub-license any of our designs and falsely claim the ownership of the design.

* License does not allow you to sell our designs on any Print on Demand companies’ websites such as Amazon Merch, Redbubble, Society6, Spoonflower, Zazzle, Cafepress, Spreadshirt, TeeSpring, or a similar website, where the Print On Demand company conducts the actual sales and you receive a commission only. Therefore, you cannot upload our designs on these websites.

* You cannot sell our designs as a digital resource product such as digital download, digital paper, seamless patterns, clipart etc. License is strictly for physical products only.

* You cannot sell any of our designs in your bundle.

* You cannot modify our designs and sell them as a new digital product.

* You cannot put our designs into the public and allow people to download, extract, or redistribute it.

* You cannot cut the designs apart and piece them together to create new designs or modify these pieces.

* You cannot use our designs for copyright/trademark purposes.

Rainbow Rules is the creator of the digital file licensed, but is not liable for any trademark or copyright infringement issues that may arise from selling products with the files purchased for any reason, including changes or alterations made by the purchaser or similarities to other works.
