How To Order
Are there any discounts if I order multiple items?
Yes! We love large orders. :)
- Free Shipping: this is applied automatically for all orders over $75 – no coupon needed
- If you would like to place an order over $500, please contact me with details and I'd be happy to extend further bulk discounts.
Please note that these coupons are only valid here, on rainbowrules.com. Due to the high fees on Etsy, I am not able to offer these discounts there.
How Can I Place An Order?
Just add the item of your choice to your cart (make sure you select the right size!), and then follow the instructions on the Checkout page to enter your shipping details and pay. If you have any questions or run into any problems, don’t hesitate to ask for help!
Who Should I Contact If I Have Any Questions?

Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide. Shipping is currently free for all orders over $75 USD, and costs $6.95 USD for all smaller orders. All items are shipped to the USA via USPS, and internationally via Hong Kong Post International Tracked Economy shipping, and will be delivered by your local post office. You can trace your order on 17track.com.
How Can I Return A Product?
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please use the Contact page to let us know, and we’ll send you Exchange information. Please note – you HAVE to contact us before returning an item. If you simply post it back without contacting us, you might not be eligible for an exchange, as the parcel might have been sent to the wrong returns address. Please check the Returns page for our full returns policy and to ensure your purchase is eligible for an exchange.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
It depends a little on where in the world you live, but generally all items arrive within 3-8 weeks of placing your order. If 6 weeks have passed, you still haven’t received anything, and your tracking number shows no information, please contact us so we can help!
Sizing
Do your items run small, large, or true to size?
The honest truth: all 3! I have had feedback on the exact same item in the exact same size, that one feels it runs small, another feels it's true to size, and another feels it runs large! In general, most people from Asia feel they run large, most Europeans feel they run true to size, and most Americans feel they run a little small. But, this also really depends on what type of sizing you're used to - if you often buy more expensive or boutique clothing, you'll be more used to smaller sizing! The only accurate way to find the size for you, is to take 2 minutes to note down your own chest/waist/hip measurements, and pick off my size charts based on that alone, not the size you normally are.
How do I find my size?
The only accurate way is to take 2 minutes with a tape measure and write down your chest (just under your armpits), your waist (just above your belly button, or the height you like to wear your skirts at), and your hips, and then compare those to my size charts. Please do not just order the size you normally are, as ours might differ!

Of course!! If you have any questions at all about which size to get, just contact us with your measurements, your height, and the item(s) you're thinking of buying. I am more than happy to give personal sizing advice to make sure your item is perfect for you!

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept any credit or debit card directly and securely on our website, and Apple Pay.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
You can choose for either Tracked Economy Airmail/SF Express, which is $6.95 per order if your order total is less than $75, or free if your order total is more than $75; or FedEx Priority Shipping, which starts at $35 per order and is based on order weight. Tracked Economy Airmail is shipped by Hong Kong Post on our end, and delivered by your local post office (ie, USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, etc), and usually takes around 3-4 weeks on average to most Western countries, but can take up to 10 weeks depending on your local postal services and any customs or border checks upon entering your country. FedEx Priority Shipping takes 2-6 working days, and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes as a signature is required for delivery.

Your shipping notification email will have your tracking number in it! If you didn’t get that email, or you can’t find it, don’t hesitate to ask - we'll be happy to look it up for you.
