Comfortable yet fashionable, this cute skater dress was made for twirling! Made from super soft and stretchy fabric, it features short cap sleeves, a circle skirt, and a black waistband. This is a pull-on dress with no zips or buttons.

The waistband is black by default, but can be printed in any pattern or solid color of your choice - just let us know in the Print field if you want this printed in something else than the rest of the dress.
