Pencil skirt with flared ruffles at the bottom.
- Can be made with any print on our website, or any image of sufficient size (contact me before ordering if you want to use your own design, additional fees may apply)
- Just above knee length
- Elastic waistband
- Ruffle detailing at the bottom
- Made from 90% Polyester, 10% Spandex
- Machine washable
