Shipping & Exchanges

Delivery Times

Taking into account both the production and shipping time (please see below), most orders are delivered to you within 4-5 weeks (with SF Express or Tracked Economy Airmail). If you really need something by a certain date, I recommend ordering 6-8 weeks in advance, or paying extra for Rush Shipping. Please do keep in mind that even with Rush Shipping, it will still take around 2-4 weeks to receive your order, due to the production time! 

Production

Rainbow Rules is a made-on-demand company. This means that we don't hold any stock - we start creating your item, just for you, after you place your order. Each item is printed and sewn individually, by professional seamstresses and printer operators. Once we start production on your order, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.

Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries at the same rate no matter where you live. You can choose for either Tracked Economy Airmail, which is $6.95 per order if your order total is less than $75, or free if your order total is more than $75; or Rush Shipping, which is $35 per order. Tracked Economy Airmail is shipped by SF Express on our end, and delivered by your local post office (ie, USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK, etc), and usually takes around 4-5 weeks on average to most Western countries, but can take up to 6-8 weeks depending on your local postal services and any customs or border checks upon entering your country. Rush Shipping takes 2-6 working days, and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes as a signature is required for delivery. Please check your address carefully as we are not responsible for errors in addresses or items lost in transit. Items do not come with Insurance if purchased with regular shipping. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for any post delays due to customs or other postal issues.

Tracking

All items ship with a tracking number. For Tracked Economy Shipping, this is pre-generated so it can take up to a week after you get your tracking number, before it starts working. You can use 17track.com to track your parcel before it arrives in your own country, and your local postal website once it has entered your country. Here are the most common ones:

Please note: in some countries, the local tracking is excellent and shows estimated delivery dates and many details (such as USPS). In other countries, it only registers that a parcel has entered the country, nothing more (looking at you, Canada Post!). This is out of our control, and up to the individual countries' handling of international parcels.

For Rush shipping, the tracking number will work as soon as you receive it, and can be tracked on the FedEx website.

Exchange Policy 

We do not accept order cancellations or returns for a refund. You may do one exchange for any new, unworn, unwashed item from our regular web store (exclusions apply, see below) within 14 days of delivery for another item of the same or lesser value. Original shipping fees are not included in any exchange transaction credit. Exchanges are always shipped out via standard Tracked airmail, regardless of the original order's shipping method.

Please ensure that all items are in NEW, unworn and unwashed, CONDITION and NOT dirty or DAMAGED in any way and do NOT smell of smoke, cigarettes, animals, etc. - if they do, unfortunately we cannot accept your return as the items then cannot be resold. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange for these reasons. 

The postage for the exchange to return to us is paid by the buyer, unless the exchange is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Any exchanges are shipped out to you free of charge Via standard shipping. Our Returns address is located in Florida in the United States.

You should expect to receive your confirmation of a new exchange order within about a week of it being delivered back to us. No credit will be given on expedited shipping costs. One exchange will be allowed per item. The turn around time from the date you receive your exchange confirmation is the same 4-5 weeks as the original item as the exchanges are also made to order.
